Merle Wood & Associates is pleased to announce that the 205’ (62m) LADY LOLA yacht sold this week. Winner of a Showboats International Award, and constructed at the renowned Dutch yard Oceanco, LADY LOLA has a wide beam of 34’5” (10.5m) and a draft of 11’11” (3.65m). Purposely built for ultimate privacy, the entire upper deck is dedicated to her owners. The forward master stateroom offers 270-degree panoramic views, a private study and his-and-hers separate en suites complete with a hot tub; a sheltered terrace allows for private al fresco breakfasts, or simply some time alone. The private owners’ salon aft features a 60” TV with surround sound for ultimate viewing pleasure. Able to accommodate 10 guests in 5 staterooms, 4 guest suites are on the lower deck, each with its own en suite and large wardrobes. Accommodation for a total of 16 crew ensures first-class service.

This is the fourth time since 2002 that Merle Wood & Associates is able to announce the LADY LOLA yacht sold, which is a testament to our abilities as a yacht brokerage firm, with a sales record that is truly second to none.

The LADY LOLA yacht sold with a convertible helipad, which was added in 2005 in a small refit, however her interior was completely redesigned in 2012 to the vision of yacht designer Francois Zuretti. The well-known yacht designer generously retained the use of exquisite marbles and Norwegian birch burl and mahogany woods, creating an ambience of understated elegance.

Lloyd’s-classed and MCA-compliant, the LADY LOLA yacht sold to new owners who wanted the ideal vessel for entertainment and pleasure. Constructed in steel and aluminum by Oceanco and styled by yacht designers at The A Group, her oversized sun deck is large enough to host 120 guests for docked parties, and features a plunge pool adorned with a waterfall to make her the perfect vessel on which to entertain guests. Rounding out the unique amenities are a retractable golf tee, al fresco theater, and a gym. Two distinct al fresco dining options with a retractable awning each offer exquisite views, while a 28’ Novurania tender rests on the beach platform.

Powered by two Cat 3512B DITA engines, she has a maximum speed of 15 knots, and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with a range of 4,500nm. Zero-speed stabilizers keep guests comfortable.
