Merle Wood & Associates is pleased to announce that the Benetti IRON MAN yacht sold this week. With strikingly modern accommodations for up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms, she features 2 queen VIPs and 2 twins on the lower deck. A full-beam master stateroom is located forward on the main deck, and includes a large dressing area, a seating area with a desk, and his-and-hers en suites. Unique features aboard include a suede-upholstered wall and an LED TV set into a textured, resin-paneled wall, creating a highly innovative space.

With the IRON MAN yacht sold, we are further enhancing our impressively strong sales record with Benetti yachts. We are proud to have sold this remarkable vessel, which is the first yacht in the popular Vivace 125 series – one noted for great design and proven performance.

The IRON MAN yacht sold by Merle Wood & Associates features an interior by Alfred Karram Jr., who created a futuristic design indicative of the yacht’s superhero namesake. Special features such as textured walls, book-matched marble flooring, and a free-flowing space from the main salon to the formal dining area abound. Mixed textures of leather and canvas in the sofas perfectly accentuate the mostly gray-lacquered wall panels. Oversized windows in that area, and throughout the yacht, bring in abundant natural light and sweeping ocean views.

Her exterior decks are vast and versatile, allowing for entertainment, relaxation and al fresco dining. Spacious outdoor areas include the main deck aft, which is a great place to congregate for an after-dinner drink. The IRON MAN yacht sold by Merle Wood & Associates also features a large bridge deck aft, which has a hardtop over the table and a large sunbed furthest aft. Forward on the same deck, the space has several sunning areas and a forward Jacuzzi allowing for panoramic views. Additional amenities include a beach club, swim platform, and full gym.

Powered by twin MTU 12V2000 M94 engines, she has a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 17 knots. A fast-displacement hull form gives the yacht the advantages of a displacement hull at low speeds, and those of a planing hull at fast speeds.
