Merle Wood & Associates is pleased to announce that the 96′ (29.3m) Westship CRU yacht sold. Accommodations are for 6 guests in 3 elegant staterooms, plus 2 cabins for up to 4 crew. Her full-beam master suite boasts a walk-around bed and a sitting area tucked just beneath large windows. Earth-toned marble adorns the en suite along with a large spa tub. A plush VIP and a twin, each with its own en suite and entertainment center, round out the rest of the guest accommodations.
The CRU yacht sold by Merle Wood & Associates has been exceptionally maintained and updated by her owners and received an extensive refit in 2006.
Exterior design and styling are by Jack Sarin, who chose warm woods and modern furniture that have been well maintained and updated throughout her ownership. Facing each other at port and starboard are 2 plush sofas, with matching armchairs set up as you enter through the aft deck. A custom-made coffee table is accompanied by a bar faced with leather stools, and a full entertainment center features a large flat-screen television and Bose surround sound. The forward dining area seats up to 8 guests at a custom-made Italian table, while buffets to each side store dinnerware and other utensils. Just beyond is the large galley with an island for ease of service for crew.
The CRU yacht sold by Merle Wood & Associates features a substantial main aft deck that has built-in seating in front of a table, along with a full bar that includes an ice maker and a fridge. Up on the flybridge, the large open space offers a Jacuzzi with a sunbathing area, a full bar, grill, and flat-screen television for entertainment. The built-in seating area is L-shaped and faced with a generously sized table for more casual outdoor meals. A removable sunshade is an option if guests prefer protection from the sun. Forward is the helm, which boasts 2 high captain’s chairs and a forward windscreen.
Powered by 2 Caterpillar engines, she reaches a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots and is equipped with Naiad zero-speed stabilizers for added guest comfort.
