The 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show takes place October 30 – November 3, 2019, at seven locations around Fort Lauderdale and is the world’s premier showcase of yachts and yachting lifestyle-related products and services.
Each year, the show, owned by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida and produced by Informa, features more than 1,500 boats, yachts, and superyachts of all sizes available for sale and charter. For five days, more than 110,000 yacht owners, potential yacht purchasers or charterers, and visitors from more than 50 countries come together in one of the most significant yachting shows on earth.

Celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, the 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show features more than 1,200 exhibitors and 6 miles of floating docks. The show features nearly $4 billion in product and generates sales exceeding $508 million as well as a statewide economic impact of $857 billion.
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is one of the most important boat shows in the world, and year after year Merle Wood & Associates delivers a remarkable lineup of yachts and superyachts for sale and charter.

The 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show takes place in a city famous for its beaches, arts, culture, dining, and events. Visitors can enjoy everything from shopping on Las Olas Boulevard to gondola rides on its network of canals to its vibrant riverfront.
Outside of the show, popular attractions include the Broward Center for Performing Arts, the Riverwalk Arts & Entertainment District, the Museum of Discovery & Science, the Historic Stranahan House Museum, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Flamingo Gardens, Young at Art Children’s Museum, and Butterfly World.
In addition to being ideally located between Miami, West Palm Beach, and the Bahamas, local areas of interest include Delray Beach, Dania Beach, and the newly redeveloped Pompano Beach.

At 190’ (58m), the LADY SHERIDAN yacht, built by Abeking & Rasmussen, features accommodations for up to 13 guests in 7 staterooms. With the same owner and captain since new, she is kept in immaculate condition. Her full-beam, main deck king master suite features a large study, a generous en suite, and a walk-in wardrobe. The master also features an adjacent single room with its own en suite, should another stateroom be needed. Guests are treated to 3 king staterooms and 1 twin on the lower deck, as well as 1 king VIP on the bridge deck. Interior and exterior styling is by yacht designer Donald Starkey, who chose sophisticated, high-end detailing to create a look of opulence on board. The full-displacement motor yacht measures in at 1,099 GT, a large volume for a 190’ (58m) yacht, and is powered by twin Caterpillar engines offering a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, with a 4,000nm range.
One of the last yachts designed by the legendary Jon Bannenberg, the magnificent 185’ (56m) Oceanfast SIRONA III yacht has only had two owners and has been maintained in top condition. SIRONA III is truly the best Oceanfast ever built, and her fit and finish are exceptional. She sleeps up to 16 guests in up to 6 suites outfitted with a contemporary décor masterfully executed by the Oceanfast team, led by Craig Beale. In addition to a vast upper deck owner’s suite, she boasts 4 opulent jewel-themed guest suites, 2 salons, an enclosed gym, and a flexible layout that can be configured numerous ways.
Delivered by Feadship in 2005, the 182’ (55.5m) CYNTHIA yacht comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 5 exquisite staterooms, including a main-deck master stateroom and 4 guest staterooms on the lower level. In addition to the full USD 4 million interior refit she received in 2015, she also received a substantial USD 7 million refit in 2018 to the highest standards that included new soft goods, furniture, lighting, gym equipment, speakers, a complete exterior paint job, and much more. CYNTHIA is also available for charter.
New to the sales market, the 150’ CLAIRE yacht, built by Trinity, accommodates up to 11 guests in 4 king staterooms and 1 twin stateroom with a Pullman. The full-width master stateroom on the main deck features an owner’s office and separate his and hers bathrooms, and throughout the yacht, over 7 feet of headroom and oversized windows impart exceptional spaciousness. She offers 4 different aft deck layouts, maximizing lounging and dining options on the main deck, as well as premier massage therapy furnishings and zero-speed stabilizers. CLAIRE is also available for charter.
The 147′ (44.8m) 2006 Sensation CABERNET yacht recently completed a 14-month total refit including new paint and interior. With just over 600 original hours on her twin 3,000 hp CAT 3516s, she cruises at 18 knots and has a top speed of 25 knots. Equipped with an elevator servicing all decks, she offers the largest master stateroom for a yacht under 200′, spanning two decks and including a skylounge with private balconies, and 5 additional staterooms: an on-deck master, 2 kings, and 2 twins. CABERNET is also available for charter.
Delivered by Intermarine in 2002, the 146’ (45m) BALAJU yacht has been well maintained under the direction and care of the same owner and captain for the past 12 years. Her Zuretti-inspired interior décor is elegant and spacious, featuring a blend of warm neutral tones with colorful upholstery and artwork, which creates a welcoming yet sophisticated environment. She provides luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms including a full-width master suite with private study. GITANA, a superb 132’ (40m) Benetti Classic Supreme yacht, was delivered in 2017 and offers accommodations for 10 guests in 5 luxurious staterooms, and sleeps 7 crew. Her exterior design is by Stefano Righini, and her interior is by Francois Zuretti. Twin MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 15.5 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots, and she has a range of 3,500nm at 11 knots.
Delivered by Feadship in 1991 and refit to the highest standards in 2016, the 120’ (36.45m) LADY VICTORIA yacht is a haven of elegance. She sleeps 8 guests in 4 staterooms and is the most updated, classic Feadship on the market, turnkey ready for her next owner. LADY VICTORIA features full walk-around decks on the main and bridge decks, a very rare and desirable feature. As the third hull in the successful Horizon P110 tri-deck series, the 110′ (34m) REBECA yacht is a modern and elegant vessel that accommodates 8 guests in 4 well-appointed staterooms. With her recent refit, she has been refreshed with new soft goods, fresh cap rail varnish, and full exterior gel-coat polish. Designed by the internationally renowned H2 Designs, the 106’ (32.21m) ANDREIKA yacht sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 spacious staterooms. Her 26’+ beam and creative use of space inside and out give her the volume of a much larger yacht. Built in 2017 to standards usually seen on much larger ships, her interior is 31% larger than a 112′ Westport, yet she also has a remarkable amount of deck space. Twin MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and top speed of 20 knots.
The stylish 80′ (24.4m) Ferretti EVOLUTION yacht has a lovely, light, contemporary interior with accommodations for 8 guests in 4 well-appointed staterooms, plus crew accommodations for 4 in 2 cabins. Twin MTU engines provide for cruising at 24 knots and a top speed of 32 knots. Features include zero-speed gyro stabilizers and a fold-down transom that creates the perfect beach club or water sports platform.
The 75’ (22.86m) DR. NO yacht is among the best examples of the popular Ferretti 750 series offered on the market today. Powered by V10-2000 MTUs, this head turner can easily cruise at 25 knots and achieve 30+ knots at wide-open throttle. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 staterooms, the 57’ (17m) Bertram T/T MY IRIS yacht has twin Caterpillar 3412E engines, giving her a cruising speed of 33 knots and a maximum speed of 38 knots. T/T MY IRIS is an excellent example of a Bertram 570 that has never been fished!
